Soon, rain and cold will completely interfere with the comfort of running in the park, cycling or playing sports on the court. Fortunately, you can do the sports on this list both outdoors and indoors.

1. Airyoga

If you’re stressed out at the end of the day, there’s nothing better than taking an anti-gravity yoga class. All exercises are carried out on the weight – in hammocks. It is a bit like acrobatics. You will take asanas – difficult postures in which you literally feel weightlessness. Even beginners will succeed, experience in ordinary yoga is not required. This workout will tighten the core muscles and stretch all the vertebrae. Don’t worry about safety, the special air yoga hammocks are made of durable materials and can support up to 160 kg.

2. Badminton

You probably know the rules. Armed with rackets, the opponents throw the shuttlecock over the net, preventing it from falling to the ground in their territory, and try to score a goal on the opposite side. This game, or rather a real Olympic sport, is quite suitable for indoor use. Moreover, when the wind does not blow the shuttlecock to the side, playing is even more convenient. Badminton is an activity for two or four players.

3. Trampoline

The most fun and rather difficult type of activity. You will burn a lot of calories by jumping on a trampoline and performing various tricks at the same time. Depending on the level of training, these can be simple jumps, jumps with leg lifts, lunges and squats, and even somersaults. For safety reasons, an experienced trainer will follow the correct technique.

4. Capoeira

This is both aerobics and dancing. This means you will train to the fiery Latin American music and constantly move. The whole principle is based on attacks and rapid movements. Don’t expect easy exercise! There are many difficult movements and acrobatic tricks in capoeira. You will have to learn to stand on your hands and roll over your head. You won’t be able to rest even between exercises. During breaks, you must definitely take a special pose – ginga. In it, you shift your weight from one leg to the other and cover your face with your forearm. From this position, it is easy to strike or evade an opponent’s strike.

5. Cycling

It looks a bit like cycling. You pedal at your own pace or compete with others. But all this on a modern simulator and always in the company under the supervision of a trainer. This is a good alternative to outdoor cycling. You can choose activities with video accompaniment, which will simulate a forest landscape, mountains or coast.

6. Rock climbing

It’s really exciting to do it in nature, among the beautiful mountain landscapes. But this requires too many nuances: buy professional equipment, wait for the right weather, get to the mountains … If you just want to try this sport for now, the climbing wall is enough. There are different types of obstacles, different heights and difficulty. Therefore, it is easy to choose a “rock” for yourself according to the level of training. You will train your muscles, coordination, flexibility and endurance. And you will also learn to find a way out of difficult situations.

7. Squash

Do you want to burn up to 500 kilocalories in one hour? Then sign up for squash. This is great cardio and a lot of fun. It resembles tennis, here you also need to hit the ball with a racket. But you and your opponent do not feed it to each other through the net, but hit the wall, standing side by side. In this case, the ball must not touch the floor twice and fly into touch.

8. Slackline

Another sport that includes elements of acrobatics. A nylon or polyester line is pulled at a certain height above the ground. Feel like a tightrope walker and try to cross to the other side without falling. The bottom does not have to be a huge height, for a start, half a meter is enough. Anything up to 150 centimeters is a lowline. In this case, the sling should be no longer than 40 meters. If it is stretched at a serious height, perhaps even over an abyss or water, this is already a highline. Here, of course, you cannot do without insurance. And the most extreme option is the tricline. This is tightrope walking along with tricks.
