How exercise relieves coronavirus symptoms

The search for effective remedies for COVID-19 continues. It turns out that an active lifestyle can significantly alleviate the course of the disease. And in general, it helps to avoid catching a respiratory infection. This was confirmed by an online survey.

According to the opinion poll, regular exercise is very effective against the virus. Experts interviewed both regular clients of fitness clubs and just fans of outdoor activities.

Among those who regularly play sports twice a week or more, cases of coronavirus were recorded less often by 25%. Of all those surveyed, only 15% were ill with Covid. Almost 50% of them continued to train.

Among them, the severe form of the virus was less common than among those who did not play sports since the beginning of the pandemic. According to experts, it was thanks to physical activity that the disease proceeded in a milder form.
