Scientists in the U.S. say it is advisable to change jobs every 5 to 7 years.
Organizers of research have studied and have interrogated more than 500 office workers of one of large corporations in the USA. It turned out that after 5 – 7 years in one job, efficiency and effectiveness gradually begins to fall to a minimum.
When an employee remains in the same position for an extended period of time, not only does activity decline, but the desire to move up the career ladder and take any initiative in their work activities also disappears.
It was also noted that “lingering” in one place often leads to disagreements with superiors and colleagues. Therefore, experts advise to grow in your career or change jobs after 5 to 7 years. In addition, it is necessary to get out of conflict situations so that they do not become a compulsory reason to change jobs.
